Welcome to SUEDE. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SUEDE app, operated by Aestonomy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using SUEDE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using SUEDE

SUEDE offers self-care routines, reminders, guided rituals, and personalized recommendations. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

Not Medical Advice

SUEDE provides general wellness and self-care guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical, dermatological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always patch-test new products, and consult a qualified professional for concerns about your skin, hair, body, or health. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

Personalized Recommendations

Personalization and suggestion features use AI to generate general guidance based on the information you provide. Recommendations describe ingredient types and practices to consider — not specific medical or product endorsements — and may not be suitable for everyone. You are responsible for deciding what is right for you.

Subscriptions & Payment

• SUEDE Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and routines you create. You grant us permission to process this information as needed to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

SUEDE, “Curate your calm,” and the app's design, content, and branding are owned by Aestonomy LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SUEDE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aestonomy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcome related to products or practices you choose to follow.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
